J'ai commandé chez un site anglais de fringues, tout se passe bien le paiement, je recois un email de confirmation et la on me dit qu elle vient d etre envoyé. Jusqu ici no problemo !
Deux trois jours apres je vois des trucs encore super alors je recommande, paiement, confirmation, et je recois un email ce matin me disant qu elle est annulé machin truc... Deja j'ai du mal a comprendre regardez :

This is a courtesy email to inform you that regrettably our security check system has assessed your order as high risk and as such has been automatically cancelled.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

To clear your account for future orders with us we require the following information;


If you hold a UK Driving License or UK Passport, and your billing address is in mainland UK, please send us by replying to this email:
  • Your Driving License Number or all numbers/letters from the bottom line of the photo page of your Passport (attached are examples of where to find the requested Driving License and Passport information, if you are unsure) and
  • The exact billing address where the card you used is registered to and
  • Confirmation of your Date of Birth
If you do not hold a UK Driving License or UK Passport, and/or your billing address is outside of mainland UK, we will require the following information by fax or email*:
  • A recent copy (dated within the last 6 months) of the statement for the card used to place your order and
  • A copy of your Driving License or passport
*Please either fax the additional information to +44 (0) 1442 835858 or scan the document, saving it as a jpeg or gif file, and send it to us by replying to this e-mail. (Once the security checks are completed the information supplied is destroyed.)




Once this information has been received and verified we will be able to clear your account for future use. Failure to provide the information requested will result in any subsequent orders you place being cancelled.

Et quand je vais sur mon compte sur le site ma commande est bien annulé, je leur ai repondu en leur demandant si il avait bien versé le remboursement sur mon compte car j en ai quand meme pour une centaine d euro.

Qu est ce que vous comprenez???

Cet apres midi j irai voir sur mon compte en banque si j'ai bien ete debité ...
